Required columns (Note: The fisrt row have to be column name, but the name and order are not constrained)
UniProt
This column contains the hit protein ID. If a phosphopeptide is mapped to multi-proteins, delimite hit protein IDs by semicolon (;). Currently, DynaPho only accept UniProt ID (e.g. P63104)
PhosphoPosition
The exact phosphorylated site on the hit protein. If a phosphopeptide is mapped to multi-proteins, delimited hit protein IDs by semicolon (;).
PhosphoResidue
phosphorylated residues, including S (Serine), T (Threonine) or Y (Tyrosine).
Sequence window
Sequences are centered on its phosphorylated sites and extended to n amino acid. (5 ≤ n ≤ 15 and n is odd number)
Quantitatied values
Number of columns is based on the experimental design. At least one column is required. Ratio and log2-ratio are both acceptable. If the quantification value is unavaible, keep it as "NA".
